This recently remodeled 5th floor, beachfront condo offers both sunset and sunrise views from the 2 large private balconies. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the beach is just seconds away. Restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance, so no need for a rental car. Comfort is key! With 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with a large flat screen TV, you will find plenty of room to relax. You can see the Gulf from the comfort of the couch or enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in a beautiful sunrise from the Living Room balcony. The Master bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and a bayside balcony for your sunset viewing pleasure. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom which shares the balcony with the Master bedroom. There are Great Views and WiFi throughout, and TV’s in both bedrooms. The Aquarius is a gated beachfront complex just steps from the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The property has a 24 hour front desk with someone from the friendly Aquarius staff always ready and willing to assist you. Life is easy! The Property offers a heated pool, hot tub, a beautifully manicured garden courtyard, along with direct beach access, and three picnic areas equipped with bbq grills. The view is truly breathtaking.
