Our Jacuzzi amenity is set at 100 degrees. The actual swimming pool water temperature may be or may not be at 84 deg since this largely depends on the air temperature and wind factors which are not within our control. If a cold front approaches and there is a big drop in the temperature, the water temperature will drop also even though our motor is still set to run at 84 deg. Owner or Agent cannot be held accountable for the water temperature. Owner guarantees that the pool heater is set at 84 degrees for the pool and 100 degrees for Jacuzzi. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature drops below 50 degrees, most pool heaters will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out. The house was perfect! I loved it because it accommodated adults with king size beds in every room with the exception of the one room with bunkbeds. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen was completely stocked with a coffee pot, and a Keurig. It had 2 ovens, two microwaves, a toaster oven, an airfrier, and even a designated toaster for gluten free bread. It was nice that the kitchen table was large enough for us all to sit around to eat and play games. I think our only issue was there was no pool cue chalk. Of course, we all made due. We came to town for a family reunion and it was the absolute perfect location and size house for our 14 adults. More than enough space , House had everything we needed except beach towels but we brought our own . It’s walking distance to the beach and a small but pricey grocery store. We had a blast in the pool spent more time there than at the beach. This Beach House has everything you need to have a great vacation. Will be staying here again. This house is only a block from 2 beach access areas and has lots of space for a large group. The king beds were very comfy and the rooms are spacious. The week we were here the weather wasn’t very good for 2 days in a row but we played pool and watched a few movies, there was plenty of space to find a place to play games or just relax. The sunny days we used the pool and hot tub, and grilled outside. The house is also very close to a grocery and liquor store and a few restaurants. Thank you for renting out the perfect house for a large group; we all enjoyed a week away from snow and cold weather. I also have to say the house manager, Mattie was very nice and responded back to me right away when we had questions, it was so nice to meet her! ##### Christine W. Everything was as advertised with lots of room for our family of 12 We stayed at this house for a week with our family of 12 including our five grandchildren. The grand kids absolutely loved the heated pool and were in it a couple of times a day. The hot tub was also a big hit with the adults. The beach was a short 5 minute walk away. The huge house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and everyone had there own bed. The four younger grand kids loved the bunk bed room. There was a grocery store and liquor store a block away which came in handy for last minute supplies. May 10, 2013 #### Definitely Paradise We arrived for a reunion and were so excited that the pictures and description exactly matched what we were getting. Absolute heaven! So much room for everyone, the pool and spa were incredible and made the stay so much better! The pool table added lots of fun, too. The property manager was great as she was always available for any questions and the house was nice and clean. The owner is fabulous, too. Communication with her before the trip was excellent and she was very detailed and had everything done perfect. The house is near tons of great restaurants and activities but most of the time we just enjoyed the house and each other's company! The location was perfect for walking to the beach or restaurants and shops. Check in and out was easy and great communication with the host! The house was very nice! There were just a few things that affected our stay. When we checked in on a Friday, the pool was super cloudy, dirty and full of sand. According to the house rules, the pool is cleaned every Thursday. It clearly had not been done. This was resolved within a few hours but we couldn’t use it until the next day so that was a little let down. The door latch to the pool from the inside of the house was broken so everyone had to enter and exit through the bedroom. This was ok, but some were trying to sleep while others wanted to be in the pool. It made an awkward situation to be entering a room while someone is sleeping. Again the host communication was great, but they couldn’t get anyone in to fix it until Monday. So all weekend the early swimmers had to sneak through the bedroom. The only other issue we had was that the ovens weren’t clean when we got there. Someone had cooked and spilled in the bottom of one leaving a large sticky mess. The other oven smelled heavily of fish. The host was super receptive and sent someone to clean it right away. Our stay was amazing and we had a great time. The host was super responsive and helpful. The location is great and we would definitely stay here again. I did mark it down a star for the few issues though. ##### Matt K.
