The location is excellent, nestled in a secure gated community, and the house itself is wonderful. We loved the layout—spacious and very efficient. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for our needs.One of the best features was the huge balcony, stretching along two long sides, offering an amazing view. Our only wish was that there were more hairdryers available in each room. We also had a minor hiccup on the first night when the A/C stopped working due to water in the unit's tray triggering an auto shutoff, but it didn’t dampen our overall experience.The realtor was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to our concerns. Checking in and out was smooth and easy, making the whole trip stress-free. This particular property is steps from the beautiful pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Its on the north end of the beach which is a lot less populated than the other end and we enjoyed that. There is a free shuttle that will cart you around the property. We all had our bedroom and bathroom and the living area is a good size and very comfortable. We have finally found the beach house that suits our needs for our annual family SPI trip and will definitely try to get this property again next summer. There was 7 of us and the house was very nice and spacious. The house is at the nicer end of the island and the beach and pool was very nice. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. The description said all bedrooms had a TV which wasn't true, only the 2 king bedrooms. My only complaint which isn't a deal breaker was the minimal seating outside.
