"Great and beautiful place to go"

"As a family of four, we found ourselves particularly well looked after at Vai Villas. It was a great relief not to have to explain what Vegetarians eat, and the kitchen would even be prepared to cook Vegan or gluten-free, in short the cook was exceptionally flexible about people´s diet. And meals were still very reasonably priced! The New Zeland/ Samoan family running the resort offered much good advice over what to do, what to see and arranged lifts there. Half of the time, though, we did not...

"Great location and lots of space for our family of 4. Easy walk to the beach and a quick paddle to swim with the sharks and rays. We also paddled out to the two islands and snorkeled in between them. The kitchenette was a bit small but it was great to have a grill and outdoor dining area. Bring your own beach towels...there weren't any there and we didn't know that we should bring our own. There were also a few things broken (the light above the sink and counter, the can opener, and showerhead...

"Taufua has always been one of our favourite places in the world. It’s situated on the most picturesque white sand beach, the ocean is beautifully calm and lovely for swimming with the whole family. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating and it’s such great value for money."

"Our first room had no fly screens (there are mozzies) but after we raised this, they moved us to a screened room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful spot."

"The stay was great as we were walking distance to the market with fresh fruits, etc. Also very walkable in town and close to the University. The staff was so helpful and attentive -- so appreciate that! Also, the owner was very gracious to let us have a late check out based on departure time at the airport. Thanks for everything including the awesome recommendation to the Indiana Cafe for Indian food!"

"Nice quiet "

"Nothing to like. Avoid it at any cost. Rooms smell bad, dirty. Staff not helpful. No connection from rooms, only at reception. Pool is not being maintained. Water was off on the check in day and power was off on check out. Horrible place .. don't waste your money. "
