"House has been updated. Furnishings and amenities were cozy and well designed. Walking distance to downtown. Quiet area. Negatives were, while the surfaces were clean, the corners, rafters and skylight had an abundance of cobwebs and bugs (mostly spiders). Both bedrooms are upstairs. The stairs are very steep and narrow with no railing on one side. No bathroom upstairs which is why I wouldn't recommend for families with small children.
