"Hotel was not even open when we arrived. Arrived for a very late checkin after a full day of travel to find hotel closed for remodeling. Credit card had been charged for the stay. Was forced to find another hotel at 1am. Extremely frustrating. Beyond upset. "

"We love staying here! A great area. Walkable to lots of little shops, ice cream places, parks. The Waterpark was fantastic. Our only “flaw” was parking is $50/night. Can add up quickly if you’re staying more than a couple nights! "
