It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. "This was a great functional apartment and provided a good base from which to explore Nice and the coast. It's literally a 3 min walk to the beach! It's in a buzzy location surrounded by many bars and restaurants but because of this, it proved a bit noisy at night. "Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat."
