"The property is in a great location! Everyone at the desk were friendly and helpful. Plenty of dining options you can walk to. Taking the train is easy with the orange, red and brown line stops nearby. One downfall is that check in is at 4pm. Luckily we were able to leave my luggage while we explored for a few hours before check in. I would consider this property when I return to Chicago. "

"When we booked with Hotels it said our room would have a balcony and it didnt. It also said it had roof top outdoor sitting and it was closed also. If it had said it wasn't opened to sit up there or the balconies we couldnt use i would not of booked with that hotel. "
