From skiing & snowboarding, to hiking and exploring nature, adventure is right at your doorstep. With Bromley, Stratton, and Magic Mountain nearby, every outdoor experience in within reach.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.   
  
\- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.   
  
\-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions, including having the appropriate winter tires.   
  
\-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
