"Staff was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a busy place most of the week (even in April), which made it a little noisy when our room had a door to an adjoining room. The part that wasn't particularly eco-friendly was the breakfast - like most places, they provide plastic utensils. They should look into the compostable options available."

"The rooms are super nice and the common area is awesome. Overall it was a great stay. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of is the housekeeping services default to “light cleaning” — which means your coffee and consumables (including shampoo, soaps, etc.) won’t be re-stocked unless you specifically request it. Kinda sucked to learn about that the hard way. Other than that, it’s a very nice hotel with friendly staff and great atmosphere."

"Nice area near by Tahoe beach. Freshly renovated, friendly staff, banch of table games, several fire places and hot tub. Highly recommend this hotel, as well as restaurant "

"Front desk was helpful and friendly. Dog friendly. It was nice to have our dog with us and be able to take him anywhere on the property in compliance with California laws. We loved dining at the Boathourse on the Pier. The food was awesome, service was good and you can't beat the view and the pricing for the location."

"The property was under renovation but staff were fast to respond when our heater was not working. Checking in and out was pretty fast as you can request to check in early as long as your room is ready they’d check you in anytime. You can also request for a little late checkout. Ours was supposed to be 10am but we requested for 12nn and they agreed. Thumbs up!"
