This condo is the perfect rental if you’re going to Tahoe. The location can’t be beat. The beach, Heavenly Ski area and casinos are a very short and easy walk from the condo. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping located in the Heavenly ski area. The condo was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need. The home is well supplied with home furnishings and kitchen appliances and equipment. The deck off the main area is very nice to sit and relax and listen to the breeze blow through the pine trees. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Close walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Nice gated community. If you have a larger group of people seating in the kitchen area might be an issue for group meals. The seats at the kitchen island are not counter height stools. They are taller bar stools and your legs are crammed under the countertop. This unit has a rental unit above it and you can hear the people above you walking around especially if there are kids running around upstairs. This didn’t bother us too much but you might be disappointed if you’re not expecting that possibility. When we first got to the property we wondered why there was a glass jar on the kitchen island with ear plugs in it. Now we know why. Once you park your car you don’t need it again to access all South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Everything is a walk, bike or electric scooter distance. Marina to rent water adventure toys. The Kitchen is completely equipped for cooking if you feel like staying in. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 with grandparents in tow. We will definitely try to say again.
