This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock. It is quite outdated and lacked things like a wine bottle opener, coffee filters, and small things that make a big difference in guest's experience. Also, there is very limited hot water. We'd be rushing to take 5 minute showers each, and still the hot water would run out. After long days of skiing it would be nice to have a relaxing shower. Overall, the property is in Lakelands which is the best part. ##### Moumita S. We appreciated being able to use the shuttle service and that we could walk right down to the water or go dip in the pool. What was not great, was the condo itself. Upon our arrival, we noticed either the dishwasher or the refrigerator were leaking (next to each other so wasn’t sure which), and it was extremely hot inside. We adjusted the AC and cleaned up the water with a towel, not a huge deal for us as we’ve stayed in countless properties and have dealt with numerous issues. The issue came when I tried to email the owner/property manager, with zero response until day 3\. We arrived on a Friday, and left on a Wednesday, so yeah, would’ve been nice to have a response mostly because they AC never worked. The dryer also didn’t work so we couldn’t wash any clothes or towels, the showers would never drain so it always smelled like mildew, the tv didn’t work, and the wifi didn’t work. The only response I would get would be an automated email saying something like “We hope you are enjoying your stay. Please leave your phone number in case we need to reach out.” I did all of that, was very patient, and still got zero response. We didn’t even get our check-out instructions besides the “check-out by 10am”. And we cleaned up and did what we normally do when leaving a vacation, but finally got an email at 4pm the DAY OF check out on what to do. Stay away from here and anything that says “managed by Vacasa”. ##### LaDawn I.
