Loved that the open living area looked out on the lake. It was a great backdrop to meals and cocktails with friends. Loved the high end appliances - great for cooking. The place was also located well within South Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to everything - even the casinos (when the weather cooperated). We had very loud neighbors upstairs who had kids running the length of the house with hardwood floors. The can lights in our unit rattled from the stomping. We had immediate response from the onsite team, but the condition never improved. Not a relaxing time being wake. Up from upstairs noise at 7:00 am while on vacation. They until lacked towels. Reviewer Comments: We spent one week at Sierra Shores Five in the spring, during ski season. The view is stunning. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The kitchen was lacking a few basic cooking utensils, such as a spatula, but had most everything else we needed for cooking. All of the appliances are modern (except the coffee maker). The washer and dryer are very small. We would have appreciated a typical, full-sized unit considering it's a 3 bedroom condo. Regarding cleanliness, there were a lot of dust bunnies around and one duvet was clearly not washed prior to our arrival. This was off-putting, but didn't ruin our stay. It was odd to us to not have any luggage stands or coat hangers in the home. The parking is a bit tight as well, especially for large SUVs. Despite these small issues, RnR was extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs, and the home is lovely. ##### Christina D.
