The slopes of Heavenly and the beach at Ski Run Marina, as well as Stateline Casinos are all within a 5-minute drive. Enjoy quick access to shopping, movie theaters, ice skating, and mini-golf. Several top eateries are also nearby, including Riva Grill, Himmel Haus, and Blue Angel Café. Luxury appointments at this three-level home include Brazilian cherry wood floors and elegant travertine tiles. Two living areas offer ample space to relax. ABOUT THE HOUSE On the second level, natural light pours into an open living/kitchen/dining area with vaulted ceilings, tall windows, and cherry hardwood floors. In the sitting area, a comfortable couch, love seat and recliner sit before a 54” flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a four-person bar. The adjacent wooden dining table seats six. Take in the fresh air on the upper-level deck, overlooking a large fenced backyard. On the lower level, a second living area offers more space to relax with a couch, fireplace, and 43” flat-screen TV. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, huge walk-in closet, and two plush armchairs. An en-suite bathroom has a dual vanity, jetted tub, and custom tiled walk-in shower. An airy second bedroom offers a full-size bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed, while a third bedroom has a full-size bed. The house also has a guest bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination, as well as a half bath features a dual vanity. This should be adequate for a group staying for several days. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival if your stay is longer than a few days. \* We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges and possible eviction.
