It is walkable to the main street though. Be advised, there is no human contact for check-in or check-out, all you will get are messages. I think for a 1 night stay it was alright especially at the low price point, but I would not stay here longer than that. The bed was pretty firm, the walls are thin (bring ear plugs), and the water pressure was on the low side. I could tell that the coverlet needs a good washing but the sheets themselves were clean. The room itself is quite large. One bonus was they do give you $5 vouchers for a walking distance beach (Lakeside) which normally costs $30\. And with no one on site to help we were locked out for a while until a new code could be programed and we were able to get in. A little scary to be honest. At the time cell phone communication stopped working in Tahoe I guess because of heavy crowds (labor day weekend). And I felt that there was not clear communication for help.
