This property is in a great location for walking to the casinos, beach, and heavenly shopping mall. But there is no one on site to help with problems. On our 3rd day the combination to the lock to the door stopped working and we were locked out. And with no one on site to help we were locked out for a while until a new code could be programed and we were able to get in. A little scary to be honest. At the time cell phone communication stopped working in Tahoe I guess because of heavy crowds (labor day weekend). And I felt that there was not clear communication for help. The room itself seems renovated but the hotel looks quite old. It is walkable to the main street though. Be advised, there is no human contact for check-in or check-out, all you will get are messages. I think for a 1 night stay it was alright especially at the low price point, but I would not stay here longer than that. The bed was pretty firm, the walls are thin (bring ear plugs), and the water pressure was on the low side. I could tell that the coverlet needs a good washing but the sheets themselves were clean. The room itself is quite large. One bonus was they do give you $5 vouchers for a walking distance beach (Lakeside) which normally costs $30\.
