The home’s tranquil setting offers meadow, forest, and mountain views, along with regular visits from Tahoe’s local wildlife, including bears, coyotes, migratory birds, and the occasional raccoon. Though you’re only fifteen minutes from Lake Tahoe’s beaches, trails, and attractions, you may never want to leave.

3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms: Two king bedrooms with plush pillow-top mattresses, and a third bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk.

Kitchen: Well-equipped with appliances, cookware, and essentials—plus a hard-wired natural gas BBQ (no propane tanks needed).

Living Area: Spacious and inviting with a large Smart TV and a fireplace perfect for cozy nights in.

Laundry Room: Fully stocked and conveniently located off the kitchen.
