Nicely stocked, nice neighborhood, nice appliances, big hot tub, Roku TV, However around the house could use a little TLC. The pool sticks had no tips on them, so we couldn't play, one of the bedrooms had a huge crack in the window, we kept getting attacked by ants in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom and the outside patio was messy with broken chairs. I just expected a little more attention to detail for the price that was paid. But besides the little issues, it was a nice place. No big issues to complain about.
