Aug 7, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Clean and Great Location Easy and convenient check-in and check-out process- no in-person contact (bc COVID), no waiting around and texting to figure out meeting time/key exchange. The listing is through TurnKey and you can communicate with them any time of the day through text. Location is an area with cluster of nice and updated homes. You also turn off the 50 highway to get here which before you get closer to town, so we got to avoid some of the holiday weekend traffic. And you're still only 15-20 mins away from the main area if you're going to the casinos or renting a boat. The house was very spacious and felt that the pictures on the site didn't do justice. I'm used to seeing out-dated cabins and this was not it. It was also spotless and smelled clean, so kudos to their cleaning team. Showers had good water pressure. The only downside is that the bed in our room (the full-sized bed), was very creaky and uncomfortable. I don't recommend sleeping with your partner/friend, I didn't sleep very well. The kitchen had way more gadgets than expected, which was useful as we were trying to avoid dining out during COVID- hand mixers, tons of bowls, tupperware, 2 types of coffee makers, etc. Knives could have been sharper though, but that was totally expected and we came prepared. We felt like being in heaven especially when we woke up in the morning with 6 inches of fresh snow, after a very dry weekend. Away from downtown but this is what we want. Love, love, love and for sure we want to book the same place for our next trip to Tahoe. Can't wait to go back!
