Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Security camera details: Surveillance Camera - Yes. There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There may be a camera on the front porch of the unit, but never inside the home. Ski shuttle details: Check for availability with the Ski Resorts. Lakeland Village does not provide transportation. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Parking is horrendous, but they do have a parking garage with two entrances. We left to get some food late in the evening and literally took the last spot coming back. The lake is very close and you can see it between trees from the balcony which was awesome. There were no spices or complimentaries at all. It would have been nice to have some spices, but also a couple pods of coffee would have been great. The toilet paper and paper towels are most generic. Those little things could be improved. Also, all of the furniture was uncomfortable including the bed. You can tell it’s just a place to crash. It’s located right next door to CVS and Heidi’s for breakfast which was nice! Overall, it’s a place to stay just don’t expect any bells or whistles. ##### Melissa B. We had to call house keeping an have the sheets on the pull out bed changed. They hadn’t been sense previous occupants. There was a half used bar of soap in the shower. The roof in the kitchen had a bunch of stuff on the ceiling. I found a vape an a bunch of floss sticks on the floor behind the ottoman upstairs. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the garbage situation is stupid. They need to figure something out about the garbage. You shouldn’t have to hike your garbage out to the dumpster at the end of your stay. With all that being said. We were only there for two days and it matter needs the pool and hot tub are really nice. The beach is right there and it’s really close to Stateline.
