Step out on the balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime. Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only. Ski shuttle details: Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. This studio is perfect for 2 people and had plenty of storage for clothes. The location of this particular unit is so convenient as it's near the front desk and fitness center, overlooks one of the pools and hot tubs, has an elevator in the building, excellent parking in the garage, and you can easily walk from there to stores and restaurants. The private beach is so nice and the pier is so wonderful to watch the sunsets. We would stay here again. It has a full kitchen and nice balcony with a bench. The bed was comfortable. There is a fireplace in the corner. You are in the main lodge where you can get ice and cold water any time you need it. The parking lot is right below you and very convenient. The room was clean and well appointed. . The staff were friendly and helpful. The property has a beach, which is a huge deal because you don't have to go to one of the public beaches. They have lounge chairs at the beach. The two pools and two hot tubs were nice and we used them. The pools are heated. We loved Lakeside Village and our studio apartment. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Jeff A. All restaurants & things you wish to do in town are 5-10min drives max, many things you can easily walk to if you wish. Right on the water, everything easily accessible.
