Things to Know Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock. Portable fans in downstairs bedroom did not work, and they do not provide basic items like salt, pepper, starter coffee pods kit or sugar packets. Listing was very closed as listed. Beautiful view to the lake. Hot tub and pool was nice and heated on the cold snow season. However, we did encounter a few issues. One Stove handle was broken, we were a group of 12 and there wasn’t enough towels. No blender, no Roku or smart tv, internet was slow. The door knob on the first bedroom doesn’t lock for privacy. The first floor restroom toilet was too closed to the door. Also, and additional parking lot should be provided based on the number of people staying in the place. ##### Grisel g. Lugging supplies from car to the property during winters was a pain. 2) the heating is not sufficient to maintain a temp of 68 in the loft throughout the night.
