Provided beach chairs and a long pier help you make the most of the lakefront position. Enjoy a host of other excellent amenities including a heated pool, a hot tub, and a gym. Or go stand-up paddleboarding nearby. Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace create an inviting lodge-like ambience in the living area. Relax on the plush sectional and stream movies on the flat-screen smart TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar for four. The table in the dining area seats eight for festive meals. This condo sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms and a loft area. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Restful nights await in the primary suite, outfitted with a California king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The second and third bedrooms each hold two queen-size beds. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom features a California king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Partially open to the living area, the loft area is furnished with a queen bed. Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Comfortably fit 11 people, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable. Suggestions- repair dryer heating element or replace dryer. Took several full runs in the dryer to dry one load of clothes. Number of bed rooms gave us plenty of room and options for sleeping. Location was close to Heavenly Resort, Casinos and Beach. The only downside (not being from Tahoe) no AC. We are from the midwest. Numerous fans helped cool things down and keep comfortable. Unit is directly across parking lot (2 rows of cars) from pool and hot tub and a short easy walk to the beach. Complex also had another Pool and Hot tub with fire pits on lake side. This unit is an end unit, quiet easily accessible with ample parking within a few steps. Conveniently located and spacious bedrooms. It truly sleeps 12 comfortably - everybody in a bed. The living area was spacious and very open, again plenty of room for 12\. The parking was scarce after dinner hours so get parking earlier or just be patient if you need to walk a little. We were on the far side of the resort and one night had to park on the other side. It isn't that far (5 min walk) but in winter in the dark it was slippery and cold. ##### Cheli M.
