Remodeled in 2021, this 4BR multi-level townhouse comfortably accommodates 12\. Your stay here includes access to the village’s amenities, including private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and children’s play area. It’s just a 2-mile drive to Heavenly, and you’ll be within walking distance of popular shops, restaurants and pubs. This home does not have air conditioning. This home can host a maximum of 10 adults and up to 2 children under 13 years of age, this applies 24/7\. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12. As you enter onto level 1, you will see bedrooms 1, 2, & 3\. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom w/ a king-sized bed, HDTV, & full bathroom w/ a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed & shares the full hall bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds & shares the full hall bathroom as well. Walk upstairs to find the living room, kitchen, dining area, & sliding door to your own private balcony. This room configuration is all about getting everyone together. Gather around the gas fireplace inlaid in a stone wall, or watch the HDTV mounted above. The floors in the living room are heated, so you'll stay extra comfy in winter. There’s plenty of seating among the couches, & the table between the couches makes for a great space to play board games w/ friends a& family. The dining table seats 8, w/ additional seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen has updated appliances, including a dishwasher. Bedroom 4 is located on level 2\. This bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, and shares the bathroom of this level, which has a walk in shower and separate vanity area. Continue up the staircase to level 3, where you’ll find a full bed, overlooks the living level below, & shares the bathroom on level 2\. Throughout the home you can enjoy HDTVs with cable and free wifi. There is also a BBQ you can cook up a scrumptious meal on in the summer or winter. This beautifully updated unit is only available through RnR Vacation Rentals. Renting through RnR allows you to pick your unit and includes access to all amenities including the pools, hot tubs, beach, fitness center. Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50. The unit itself worked perfectly for our family of four and my mother-in-law who joined us. There was plenty of room. We took over the ground floor which had 3 bedrooms - enough for our kids to each have a room. My mother-in-law took the second floor room near the kitchen and living room space. This allowed all of us to have some privacy and not be completely on top of each other. The living space worked great for us to share meals and hang out on the deck. There is no AC but we never needed it in July. The unit was stocked with every kitchen item we needed for prepping and cooking meals. Everything was clean and fresh and new. The location was great with a very short walk to the beach and pool area. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a relaxing and fun vacation! ##### Tiffany H. The living/dining and kitchen area was roomy enough for all of us. It is conveniently located for all your needs while staying in Lake Tahoe. It was great to have all the amenities such as the pools, spas, and gym! The location is on the lake but not a lake view, but it is just a short walk out to the beach.
