Your back deck overlooks Lake Tahoe, and a private beach is among the amenities you'll access here, as well as a hot tub and fitness center. Heavenly Resort is just 1.5 miles away, and several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. This home does not have air conditioning. This home is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 1.5 mi drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and Stateline, and walking distance to Safeway grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling. This home has comfortable sleeping and dining space for 8 people including children, or 8 max for a group of all adults. The main dining table seats 8, plus room for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Dine outside at the table with with seating for 4 (additional chairs and bench seating all around). There is also a booster seat provided for the little one. The mid-level has bedrooms 2 and 3, each with a queen bed, and another full bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks. The top-level living area has a queen bed, TV, and full bath. If you are interested in taking advantage of the Lakeland Village amenities, simply call or visit the front desk. The property is right on the water of the lake and it made for beautiful morning views before hitting the slopes. The kitchen was well apointed with Sub Zero refirgerators and all of the things we needed to cook were available to us. The fireplace was warm, and the bedrooms comfortable. The pier was just a few houses down and made for a great photo with friends. The jacuzzi was large and close by- a little crowded, but we found a time where it wasn't. Alll in all, it was a great place to stay and allowed for us to have more time together due to its convenient location. There's a wine bar 10 minutes walk to the west, and there's a whole foods accross the street. I'd highly recommend this location with a group of 4 or more friends to enjoy it all. It also was children friendly with a sweet loft on the 3rd floor. ##### Lucas W. Gorgeous beach front home with everything you need to enjoy a fabulous time!! We were warned about bears being in the area and we did see a few of them. The views of the lake and snow capped mountains just from the back patios were breathtaking. We had our toddler with us so the convenience of being able to step out onto your “backyard” for fun in the snow and quickly back in for snacks and nap time was priceless. I appreciated the organized communication from the property manager, RnR, very much. As a disclaimer, this unit does have quite a few stairs. Though we rented a baby gate, it didn’t quite work well with the ornate railing. So we did spend a lot of time trying to barricade the area or following our toddler around so he wouldn’t accidentally tumble down in his exploration. ##### Darlene T. Beautiful view, cozy with lots of seating. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and baking. TVs are cumbersome to use (including dead Apple TV remote) so we ended up just casting a movie from our iPhone. Then we gave up and played games instead which was fun!
