Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only. Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No showers. No toikets, no cooking. This was a property issue not a city issue as Vacasa tried to play it. I have pictures. No supplies in kitchen and only one roll of toilet paper in bathrooms for eight adults. Nice location on property, but only two pool towels for eight adults.
