Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock. Surprised to find the washer and dryer was only one laundramat on the far side of the property. Also, we knew it had no AC, but was surprised to find the windows dont have screens. To cool off upper floors we had to leave windows open and let bugs in as a result. Would not rent this place in July or August. All that said, location is great and most importantly the beds were nice and soft and it had comfortable seating in the living room. ##### Gerald D. There is no AC in the unit which turned out to not be an issue once the unit was opened up and there was airflow off the lake. I would suggest that the listing be updated to highlight that there is no AC as I didn’t realize this when I booked. There were also a few small things that I noticed - the back slider can be difficult to close and lock and the screen is broken. There’s also a window upstairs that does not open at all (and did not have a blind) which is a fire hazard and another window did not have a screen at all. However, they recently redid the downstairs living room and kitchen and it’s nice and airy! ##### Meaghan H.
