This custom-built property offers room for your entire family. Blessed with four large bedrooms, huge living area, hot tub and loft with pool table and TV, this home can sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children. Just a mile from Heavenly and El Dorado Beach, and a quick jaunt to Bijou Park for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing. Bring the whole family, this home is dog friendly.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 10 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7.

Master Bedroom: 1 king & sofa sleeper (futon)
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the right has 2 queen beds
Bedroom 3: The first bedroom on the right has 2 full beds
Bedroom 4: The first bedroom on the left has 2 twin beds, French doors that open to the deck, and an attached bathroom

There is room for a maximum of 5 cars, 3 in the garage, 2 in the driveway.

Enjoy snow shoeing, cross country skiing, or just building a snow man in the winter. Or take in a relaxing walk during the summer or the challenge of disc golf or the skate park. Every activity Tahoe has to offer is just a walk, ride, or short drive away. This home designed for gracious Tahoe living.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

This home does not have air conditioning.

For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.
