With 20 exclusive homes available, you can rent individual residences or reserve the entire 3.43-acre estate for private events, including family or corporate retreats and weddings. Your private “backyard” is a 725-acre natural paradise, Van Sickle Park, offering unparalleled views and outdoor experiences. The spacious homes range from 2,870 to 3,616 square feet, featuring 4 to 6 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and two-car garages—perfectly designed for larger groups and families. This three-level home offers spacious living with thoughtful design and amenities. The lower level features a sitting area with a mounted TV, comfortable furniture, and a shared bathroom between two bedrooms. The second level includes an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space, a private deck with fireplace and gas grill, laundry room, and another large bedroom with en-suite bath.
