With 20 exclusive homes available, you can rent individual residences or reserve the entire 3.43-acre estate for private events, including family or corporate retreats and weddings. Your private “backyard” is a 725-acre natural paradise, Van Sickle Park, offering unparalleled views and outdoor experiences. The spacious homes range from 2,870 to 3,616 square feet, featuring 4 to 6 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and two-car garages—perfectly designed for larger groups and families. This luxurious mountain villa offers the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones. Spread across two levels, the villa features modern amenities and a cozy, rustic atmosphere. The first floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room, with the primary bedroom having an en-suite bath and private deck. The second level is the heart of the home, combining a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area, all with beautiful wood accents.
