THINGS TO KNOW \- The Lakeland Village Resort charges a daily resort fee of $25 in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. \- City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances Violation of ordinances can result in fines up to $1500: a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day, is 4 persons. Up to 2 children aged 13 and under do not count towards this occupancy limit. b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited. c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am. e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved surfaces. f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours. g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property. h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only. Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
