Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Queen bed in master horribly uncomfortable. Broken chairs, screen door, utensils missing or in poor shape. One wine glass. Torn carpet in main level. We didn’t realize it didn’t come with the hotel amenities like fresh towels. If you want more or clean towels, you have to walk to the main hotel and do laundry, despite the fact the condo has hook ups. Not how we want to spend vacation time. Maybe a new policy?
