The property company who manages it was very attentive, checking in via email. They came over and put out the chair cushions that were not out. Very friendly and amenable. I would absolutely recommend staying here. We were a family of four with two adult children. The house had space, comfort and the mountain vibe we were looking for. We had 5 couples and each had their own bedroom which was extremely convenient so we did not have to share. It’s unseasonably hot in South Lake Tahoe this year and this place did not have AC. We didn’t spend much time there during the day and the temperature was fine at night with all of the windows open.
