The lower-level living room is perfect for entertaining with two leather sofas, a 50in TV, Xbox, foosball table, and assorted games. KITCHEN & DINING The well-appointed kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large butcher block center island with seating for four. Set the six-person dining table for a family-style meal. BED & BATH The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, desk, armchair, and 50in TV. The en-suite bath offers a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed on each level. A guest bathroom on each level includes a tub/shower combination. A fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and toys for young children. OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy the fresh mountain air in the spacious fenced yard. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the balcony, complete with a four-person table. THINGS TO KNOW Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Neighborhood is quite. Theres a grocery store and gas station nearby. The lake and casinos are within a 15 minute drive or so. The house has a nice layout. My friends arrived first and couldn't get in so I had to call Turnkey and the representative on the phone seemed a little frustrated with me. First of all, you're a frustrated? My friends have their 6 mo. old while it's snowing and can't get it the house. After that, we were able to get in. The next day, while most of us was out snowboarding, a random stranger came into the house and said he's from Turnkey. At the time it was very starling since it was just 2 ladies and the baby at home when this happened. He came into the house saying he needed to inspect the home which sounds suspicious so we called Turnkey immediately. For now, they are going to do an investigation to this incident. Overall the house is nice but there were a few things that were not. For some reason the temperature is set at 73° so it was always stuffy and hot. Even if we lower the temperature, it will eventually go back up to 73° so it was pretty uncomfortable sleeping at night. Oddly, my kid's bedroom didn't get that much heat. Also, the downstairs bathroom does not have window shades so the neighbors could see you in there. Overall, this experience could of been a lot better. ##### Marian L. This home was immaculately clean upon arrival and was well appointed. All furnishings were clean and well maintained. The living spaces were also very stylish with quality brand name furnishings. The garage was large enough to accommodate two cars and was bright and clean. The backyard landscaping was left natural with no grass or plantings, but was large and accommodated our 6month old puppy’s need for exercise. This home is one block to an amazing community park with a decent size lake and river. The home is close to several quality restaurants and has easy access to highway 50 which connects all of South Lake Tahoe. I would definitely try recommend this property to my family and friends and can’t wait to visit it again in Winter for snow sports. This will be a “Favorite” rental for sure! ##### alvin a. We enjoyed the large kitchen for making group meals, the two living spaces, and the backyard was a big hit for the animals. The kitchen is spectacular and was equipped with everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Access to the garage was a huge plus with multiple days of snow during our visit. Everything was clean and in great shape. The home is conveniently located just a couple of blocks off the main road in Meyers - less than 20 minutes to the Heavenly base and town and about 40 minutes to Kirkwood. There is a smaller "boutique" grocery store within walking distance that we used from time to time; the main grocery stores require a car trip into town. If we had to make one recommendation, our group would have benefitted from a little more furniture in the non-master bedrooms; either dressers or desks. It would have been nice to have more private space with multiple people working remotely simultaneously. We resorted to using the master bedroom closet as an additional quiet office a few times. This issue only pertains to groups with 3-4+ individuals who might be working remotely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. ##### David H.
