Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home. Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The place was dated but still okay. There were some spider webs up in the ceiling and there was no soap gel in the shower. There was a lot of us there so it made sense. Unit sleeps 10\. And our group was just 7\. Obviously we needed to dry many wet towels/swimsuits. Ad said the kitchen included spices. There were none. Okay with us but it would be nice to have salt & pepper. Kitchen storage space was inadequate because the pantry was locked. A group of 7 eats a lot of food. Dishwasher soap was just for 2 loads. No potholders. BURNED OUT LIGHT BULB IN THE ENTRY! No broom. Had to buy one. A beach house without a broom? Not enough trash bags.(Only 2 for a house that sleeps 10?) Not enough glasses so we used paper cups which, of course, means even more trash. Furniture is old and shabby. Leather on the 2 chairs is badly worn down. 1 wood chair too rickety to sit on. Shabby sofa. This is a great place for a family vacation. We had no complaints for other units we have rented here in the past. We will be back and just have to cross our fingers we won't get a unit like this. ##### Valentina J.
