Staff is excellent, facilities are on the small side but easy to access and excellent (gym, coin laundry). Location is superb, very close to subway line 2, and about a 15minute walk to COEX. Not in the middle of all the tourist action, but very easy to get anywhere via metro. On-site food is great as well, convenience store less than a block away. Highly recommend!
