« Absolutely loved our stay here. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures..which is amazing!!! Great location just north of Kona and south of the good beaches. Perfect for avoiding any traffic but still close to all of the amenities. The sunsets from this place are amazing! Which brings us to the generously sized lanai that faces the ocean and those sunsets. We spend many a pleasant evening relaxing and just enjoying outdoor dinners. Also really appreciated the hosts responsiveness and...

« This was a beautiful property - perfect for my husband and I to do a vow renewal. We had 9 people, 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and one 10 year old. There was plenty of space, it was convenient and the grounds were gorgeous! The host is amazing and so accommodating and friendly. There are no bathrooms on the bottom or middle floor that are not in a bedroom - this is not a problem for us - but something to consider. I would recommend this property if staying in the area - it’s AMAZING! »

"Very nice place. All new, clean and the room was SO spacious. The pool is amazing for the kids especially. The pool restaurant was perfect but Piko for dinner was more average. The emplacement of the resort is a bit far from the action (Kona town) so you really need a car. Having said that, our 4 nights was perfect and I would got back. "
