Exceptional House

The house was well stocked with essentials. It was nicely decorated in a seaside motif. The sun, dining and living rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The house is situated on a lovely large landscaped lot. There is a large deck with table and chairs for enjoying yard games. All in all we spent 2 weeks comfortably in the house, so close to beaches and necessary food stores and restaurants. We loved our time there.

Beautiful, well apportioned house near lovely South Kingston Beach!

We have been renting houses for summer vacations for the last 15 years or so. In the past, there was a huge disconnect between the as-advertised and actual houses. Not so in this case. This house was the neatest, most organized, most well equipped house that we've ever rented. Our family (and dog) loved it. Short drive to the beach, lots of room to roam. Highly recommended!

Wonderful RI retreat

We spent the last two weeks of July 2023 at this property and were overwhelmed by its grounds and the home. We were five adults in two generations - from CT and FL. The home is beautifully furnished and provided space for everyone. We were provided two beach passes that made it easy when scheduling our trips to the shore. Plenty of places to eat and enjoy in the area including Newport and Block Island. The hosts provided everything you would ever need. We spent hours on the back deck comfortably shaded by the electric awning, when needed, while enjoying the view of the garden and nature - especially a family of rabbits who appeared every morning. Thumbs up to the owners for providing a little bit of paradise. Thank you for a lovely time for a family reunion.

The house was immaculate, well-stocked, comfortable, and spacious for our family of 4. The owners were easily accessible for any issues that arose (of which there was only one minor issue with the outdoor grill that was easily fixed) and lovely to deal with.

This vacation house is Excellent! Our family of 4 rented here for a week and we loved it. The location is great, in the quiet wooded area of South County, a short drive to the beaches (the parking passes are a plus), short drive to restaurants/bars, or simply sit on the large deck out back and relax in the sun. You can tell the owners have put a lot of effort into making the house a home. It comes with everything, if they don't have it you don't need it! We would stay here again and recommend it.

Great Family Week

The 5 of us had a wonderful time in the house which is ideally set up for a family get together. It is on a lovely property, well-appointed and comfortable.

Great home for large family/group

The house & yard was impeccable & spacious for 3 couples and a single adult. The kitchen was fully stocked and having the linens & towels included was really nice. Another plus was that paper goods were provided. Great location with passes to S Kingstown Town Beach, 5 minutes to Theatre by the Sea and a short ride to our favorite - Narragansett Town Beach. We would definitely go back!

Well equipped house and comfortable for everyone except Sun room and living room could use more or smaller size seating. Also , could use more than one tv, which we watched after dinners if we weren’t playing around dining room table.

Relaxed Summer Fun

Our family, ranging in age from 4 to 64 had a great time here. The house was perfect- the layout even better than we had expected with plenty of room for everyone and an easy flow from one space to the other. The kids played outside (loved Bean bag toss) in the huge fenced yard and the deck was perfect. (The only negative was road noise from Route 1- but we didn't hear it in the house.) The kitchen had everything we needed and the large grill was perfect. Rima and Habib were available to answer questions. We loved that there are so many beaches within just 15 minutes. We went to the Town Beach twice (they provide passes) just 5 minutes away (you have to drive because you can't walk across Route 1) which was ideal- particularly with small children because you could sit on the beach and watch the kids play in the playground. We also went to East Matinuck State Beach twice (10 minutes-you need to pay to park) which had an excellent Snackbar (Salty's) with fantastic fish & chips and Robert Wheeler State Beach once (15 - 20 minutes). The kids went to Mystic one morning (a half hour drive south) while my wife and I took in Newport; about the same time north. It was a great week- we highly recommend the location and the house!

Wonderful family retreat!

I had my whole family visit for the week! We loved the park-like lawn and wide deck for entertaining. Plenty of parking and central air make this house a great family rental. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to upgrade to all queen beds. Thank you for allowing us to rent- we had a blast!. The Nelson's

Clean and spacious home close to beach

Very nice home near several beaches. Dinner at Matunuck Oyster Bar is a must dine at destination. Perfect!

Amazing Property!

This is certainly the best property that we have ever rented -- Immaculate, spacious, beautiful grounds, huge porch, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. This place is maintained as if it were owner occupied. Did I mention how great and accommodative the owners are? Completely exceeded our expectations. Thank you Zerriny family, we will be back.
