We were five adults in two generations - from CT and FL. The home is beautifully furnished and provided space for everyone. We were provided two beach passes that made it easy when scheduling our trips to the shore. Plenty of places to eat and enjoy in the area including Newport and Block Island. The hosts provided everything you would ever need. We spent hours on the back deck comfortably shaded by the electric awning, when needed, while enjoying the view of the garden and nature - especially a family of rabbits who appeared every morning. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Wayne P., Mount Kisco, NY 20 sept. 2018 #### Relaxed Summer Fun Our family, ranging in age from 4 to 64 had a great time here. The house was perfect- the layout even better than we had expected with plenty of room for everyone and an easy flow from one space to the other. The kids played outside (loved Bean bag toss) in the huge fenced yard and the deck was perfect. (The only negative was road noise from Route 1- but we didn't hear it in the house.) The kitchen had everything we needed and the large grill was perfect. Rima and Habib were available to answer questions. We loved that there are so many beaches within just 15 minutes. We went to the Town Beach twice (they provide passes) just 5 minutes away (you have to drive because you can't walk across Route 1) which was ideal- particularly with small children because you could sit on the beach and watch the kids play in the playground. We also went to East Matinuck State Beach twice (10 minutes-you need to pay to park) which had an excellent Snackbar (Salty's) with fantastic fish & chips and Robert Wheeler State Beach once (15 - 20 minutes). The kids went to Mystic one morning (a half hour drive south) while my wife and I took in Newport; about the same time north. I had my whole family visit for the week! We loved the park-like lawn and wide deck for entertaining. Plenty of parking and central air make this house a great family rental. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to upgrade to all queen beds. Thank you for allowing us to rent- we had a blast!.
