"Millenium Gloucester Ideal Location"
Wonderful Stay! Harianna and Eva from Greece at the Front Desk should be promoted to managers. Everything was wonderful except their Internet Provider - Very slow and kept disconnecting. Internet should be like a Utility now to most travelers whether business or with families.

"Good convenient location at reasonable price"
Location and price are the main selling points. Right next to the Gloucester Road tube station with access to most of London. The hotel condition is fine, but could do with the odd upgrade here and there. Staff are friendly. Recommend

"Convenient to get to and to get around London..."
Fraser Suites Queens Gate is just a 5 minute walk from the Gloucester tube station where the Piccadilly Line connects directly to LHR to the west, and to center London to the east. It took us less than 20 mins. to get to Covenant Garden to see an opera at the Royal Opera House. The rooms have been updated and well equipped. Our unit even had a washer/dryer in the kitchenette! We will definitely come back and stay here for our next visit to London.

"hotel near South Kensington Underground"
The hotel is very new, which is maybe why certain things weren't working properly or not though of with the design of the rooms. We had a standrad room which was so extremely small my husband kept knocking his knees while walking around the bed. No draws were in the room and with us staying for one week we could not unpack all our suitcases as there was no space in the cupboard. Also there was no mini bar nor iron board. The room looks nice on first impressing but they really need to rethink the items they placed in the room. During our stay the AC fell out for 24 hours, the top room became unbearably hot. No mention was done about this nor any compensation for the totally unbearable night. The lobby is nice and quirky. They had several exhibitions going on while we were there. Me personally won't stay there again.

"Short break to London"
Travelled with my 17year old daughter to London for two nights to go to Olympia Horse Show and the ballet. Hotel is only a few shops on the underground and walking distance from Olympia so excellent location for us. Lovely to stay in a small hotel , not a chain hotel. Staff were lovely. Only negative was the continental breakfast, quite poor quality, processed cheese, poor quality bread for toast, limited range of cereal and no tinned fruit or prunes. All rather stodgy.

"Beautiful Hotel, Helpful Staff, Excellent Location"
It was my wife and I's first stay at the Bentley as our usual favourite was fully booked so on one hand we were looking forward to a change but slightly apprehensive at the same time. The hotel itself is grand and well kept, staff are helpful and attentive. We stayed over for new year's with no intention of leaving the hotel once settled - preferring to enjoy the luxuries the Bentley had to offer. By 9pm we were hungry and ventured downstairs to the reception desk to enquire about the hotel's restaurant . . . The friendly staff lead us to the lovely (but completely empty) dining area . . . I must confess to feeling guilty pleasure to having the whole restaurant (and staff) to ourselves for the duration of dinner and dessert. The food was excellent and, despite my wife and I being the only ones there, we were never rushed or made to feel awkward . . . in fact the waiter was polite and insisted we finished our meal with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Our room was exceedingly spacious, well decorated and the bathroom impressive, to say the least. The bed was comfortable - soft yet supportive (I dislike beds that are too soft) and the night pleasant and peaceful. My only minor gripes would be that there were a couple of small stains on the carpet (that I think could've been removed with a little effort) and the paint on the back of the bathroom door was starting to flake (I'm being petty) but in no way did it negatively affect the experience - hands down 5* !!
