"We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe Spa Suite. The room was spacious, clean & warm. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large & well appointed, included a 2 person spa bath & double sinks. I thought that I had booked a room with more kitchen facilities. A microwave or benchtop oven/airfryer would have been good. "Stayed one night in a lake view spa room after an upgrade which was simply lovely and very cosy. The room was fabulous and the spa a real treat. Staff on check in were very helpful and quick and the staff on the phones were also very helpful.
