"The only thing that let the property down was the fact that the bathroom hand towel was used and dirty also the bathroom sink was slow to drain. The staff member wasn't really equiped to deal with the hand towel complaint no apology just stated that it would go on the list or some such thing, that was disappointing. otherwise it was clean, cosy and quiet."
