They first said it would be 1 hour but it kept getting pushed back. So after an exhausting day driving, I had to sit and wait in the lobby. They offered to give me an extra 1 hour checkout time but I couldn’t use it due to time restraints anyway so wasn’t very helpful. Also I organised a room with the lake view but my view was a tiny sliver of the lake that could barely be made out, my main view was a car park. I didn’t realise but the resort isn’t even lake front like they suggest, the main highway is actually between the lake and the resort. The apartment is a bit of a frustrating set up as well. Bedrooms and toilet is downstairs and living room is upstairs so wasn’t ideal for my older mother. Otherwise, clean and very modern.
