Lovely Bnb
Very clean inside. Simple entry. Very responsive host. Never disappointed when staying at Bo’s BnBs. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Exeter.

Everything was new (appliances, shower, etc) Close to everything, a short drive to the beach. There is a kids play place next door so that was a bit noisy in the morning but not the fault of the property.
