Thank you, Katie!”- Reginald ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This home has three spacious and private bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and style. The master suite has a modern King size bed, soft linens, neutral color tones, and subtle beach-themed accents. A sliding barn door separates the bedroom from the master bath, and there’s plenty of space to move around the dressing area. If you’re working while on vacation, set your laptop up on the sleek corner desk, connect to the WiFi and work in the privacy of the room before heading out for a day of sightseeing. The second bedroom has a King bed, bright and bold beach-inspired decor, a dresser with additional storage space, and a large closet for your belongings. This room is just steps from the family bathroom. In the dresser, you will find family games. The third bedroom is designed with the youngest members of your party in mind. It has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and the bottom complemented by soft blankets and sheets. There’s a cozy reading corner, and enough room to play. There are toys, pack n' play, high chair, fisher price sitting chair, puzzles, games and kids activities in the closet. We also have a sound baby monitor and white noise machine. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The master bathroom is bright and airy with a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower, along with ample storage space, charming decor, and hotel-quality towels. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower behind sliding glass doors, rainshower features, and stylish tile work. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ There are so many great restaurants to try nearby, but on nights when you want to stay in, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals. The stunning kitchen is complete with custom wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances that pop against the white subway tile backsplash. A center island gives the family chef even more room to work and doubles as a breakfast bar. All of the drawers and cabinets are stocked with glasses, plates, serve ware and coffee mugs. Brew coffee in the coffee maker, pop bread in the toaster, or toss some fruit into the blender for a quick and healthy breakfast in the morning. Night owls can sneak into the kitchen to use the microwave to heat a late-night snack. The dining room sits in between the living room and kitchen and looks out over the back porch and expansive backyard. Six people can sit here comfortably, and the sunny spot is also perfect for board games, card games, or setting up laptops to plan the day’s adventure. The main living room has soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gorgeous stone fireplace. There is also a Murphy bed in this space to add to your sleeping options. There’s a comfortable plaid couch, two oversized armchairs, and a flat-screen TV on the wall. The living room gets a lot of natural light and will easily become a favorite hang-out spot for your family. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ If you enjoy spending time outside, you’ll appreciate the outdoor patios and entertainment spaces this home has to offer. There is a private wooden deck that overlooks the spacious backyard, as well as a charming front patio with brick accents and comfortable outdoor lounge furniture. There is a dining table with chairs on the back patio, so the whole family can sit outside and enjoy lunch in the sun. There also is a solo stove fire pit in the backyard for fun family nights by the fire. Enjoy a quick walk to the coastline and the private beach, due to erosion and weather, the beach is relatively small. Additionally, the beach access also has been disrupted occasionally due to weather. There are lots of beaches near by including, South Beach, North Beach, Oval Beach, and more! ★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In South Haven! ☆★ Downtown Saugatuck is an 18 minute drive to the north. Fennville vineyards are about 15 minutes away. Downtown South Haven is only a 9 minute drive! We are also a 2 minute drive away from Codgal Vineyards. Beach Conditions: The private beach is a wonderful amenity. However, please be aware that due to natural erosion and seasonal weather patterns, the size of the beach can vary, and access may occasionally be disrupted. Many beautiful public beaches are also located nearby for your enjoyment. Winter Stays: We welcome long-term stays and are happy to host your winter escape! We offer flexible late check-in and check-out during December, January, and February to make your getaway even more relaxing. We had family in from Slovenia to visit us in to see the Indy 500 and other activities. It was a long but rewarding week and I was hoping that they would have a nice and relaxing last evening. We decided to show them one more part of the US before they went on a long journey home and South Haven hit the spot. The home was very comfortable and well equipped with easy access to a nice private beach. I've seen many sunsets on Lake Michigan and this was one of the best. ##### Charlie T. The location was very convenient to grocery store and downtown South Haven. The house was able to accommodate my husband & I along with my two sons, one daughter-in-law, and 4 grandchildren. There is one thing that really should be mentioned in the listing - the fireplace is currently inoperable. Honestly ,a fireplace was a requirement for the trip, so I was very disappointed when I got that information at the bottom of the check-in instructions instructions a couple days before the trip. They did say they are looking at options to get the fireplace working again. Offered late checkout because of the fireplace (which I didn't see until too late, but that's on me). Other than that, they do make note of a barn door in the master bedroom in the listing, but just a heads-up, it doesn't fully cover the opening. It seemed like there was an inch of space on each side. There were also some water deposits in the hall shower that made for an interesting experience, but they said they would get that taken care of soon. Overall, we had a good time. The house did seem clean especially compared to a couple other places we have stayed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans. The key to the tram was convenient for easily getting down to the lake. The outdoor fire box and furniture was nice. Really convenient to park in the garage since it was frosty a couple of mornings. ##### Serena B. The owner responds quickly to any questions. It was a perfect place for a belated birthday celebration for three sisters! Clean and spacious with a homey feel. And the fireplace, oh my. For a person who never had a fire place, it set a vibe and created great memories for my family and I (might want to have a fire extinguisher near, sorry just nervous dad thinking here). Communication was perfect and friendly. It’s a shot walk to the beach with beautiful views (even in March when we went). 24 hr Meijer is very close with any thing you could possibly need. Lots of towns near and close for many things to do for all walks of life. We are at pennyroyal near Saugatuck and I highly suggest it. My only grip is check time, kinda late but I still give it a five starrr. My kids cried when we left. Great times. ##### Justin L. Nice up to date open living area with plenty of room. Kitchen was very nice with everything you could possibly need. The deck was huge....will have to visit again in the summer when we can enjoy it. We did see three deer wandering across the backyard one morning. The master bedroom was very large and comfortable as were the other bedrooms. My husband, son & I booked this place as a last minute winter getaway and were THRILLED with our stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures show, and has all kinds of thoughtful touches that provide everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed with the luxurious quality of the bedding and towels - super soft sheets, tons of fluffy throw blankets, and I swear I've never felt towels that thick and soft in my life. My son loved cuddling into the guest bed and watching TV wrapped in a fluffy blanket- he said it was like a dream come true :) The location was amazing- half a block away from the lake, with access to this neat little tram that takes you down to the water's edge. It is also super close to South Haven and Saugatuck, giving you the best of all worlds. Finally, our hosts were incredibly kind and super responsive, making it clear that our enjoyment of the property was a priority for them. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this gem to anyone who wants a relaxing, luxurious experience in a fantastic part of Michigan. Great for couples and families with kids. ##### Erika H.
