Sunset Haven is located just north of Downtown South Haven and is ready to welcome up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. With its two story vaulted ceilings, the home has high-end finishes including a stunning kitchen and top of the line appliances along with a spacious deck, grill, bonfire pit, hot tub and tram access down to a private community beach. The Space: Escape to Sunset Haven, the ideal Lake Michigan retreat. Beckoning you with a warm smile as you enter the circle drive. Inside, the home welcomes you vaulted ceilings and picturesque views of Lake Michigan. Step out onto the deck for an evening grill out complete with the most vibrant sunset, then head down to the fire to toast up some s'mores. End the evening with unwinding in the hot tub while staring at the sky's reflection along the lake. When exiting the property out of the sliding doors you can head south(left) on the dirt road and that will take you to the tram/stairway to the beach down below. The city of Casco Township allows only 4 cars to be parked on the property. If there are more than 4 cars in your party, please park off site in a public parking lot and carpool/shuttle in to avoid any fines from the city. All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. The house has everything you could ever ask for...including a hot tub, gigantic deck, huge yard, and a ping pong table! I can not say enough about the views you will encounter off the deck. Amazing, words won't describe. The house is conveniently located and only a few minutes away from the adorable town of South Haven. The yard is expansive and sits high above a bluff with views up and down the coast. There is ample room for yard games, or just grabbing an Adirondak Chair to relax. There is a large composite deck with nice furniture perfect for happy hour. The house is inviting and large enough for the family to spread out and not feel cramped. Three of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, and the other bedrooms have access to full baths. There are stairs, and multiple trams to access the shoreline however, the beach will not be favorable to some. The beach itself is very narrow and rocky. As a family, we visited the public beaches in South Haven, but would have preferred to stay on site versus packing up and driving each day. The house sits a short drive between South Haven and Saugatuck. Both great Michigan beach towns. The public beaches in South Haven remind you of coastal towns along the oceanside. There are plenty of dining options in both towns, and both are walkable. This is a great house easily accessible from Chicago and Detroit. My little slice of the family prioritizes the beach, but that will change as the little ones grow. Don't be late for sunset! ##### Matthew B. We could see the sender every night. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the house faced the Lake; it was perfect. The kitchen has everything set up to be easy to find. The home is beautifully situated right on the Lake and the sunset views each night were gorgeous. There as nothing lacking in the home and there was never a time were were searching for something we might have needed. It was a great stay. The only issue I had was communication with the property manager who never responded to I question I had before my stay, however I reached out to the owner and received an immediate response. Communication with the PM could be improved but that has nothing to do with this beautiful home or its amenities! ##### Sarah F.
