Roomy 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a newly updated kitchen with great fenced in outdoor entertainment including a grill, basketball court, swing set, and fire pit. Plenty of seating in the backward to help soak up those summer raises or nights around the fire pit. Just 5 blocks to downtown and 3 additional blocks to the water. Large backyard that backs up to Celery pond with seasonal views of the marina and the Black river. Two doors down from the Tot Lot park and baseball field. Close to the Kal-Haven trail head. It was a great space for me, my husband, and our three (almost) grown children (21, 20 and 17). Everyone had their own king sized bed, the family room comfortably fit everyone, the kitchen and bathrooms are all modern and well taken care of, and we made good use of the fire pit! Everything is walkable! We spent a day at nearby Lake Arvesta (lots to do for all ages), booked a dune ride in Saugatuck (book early! They open up the seats two weeks in advance and it's well worth the ride!), ate at some great restaurants, and just generally spent some good quality time together as a family. ##### Cathy F.
