The layout of the house was perfect for us, as the downstairs is practically a separate apartment. The linens and towels were very good quality—-I always appreciate that. The house was very comfortable, had ample room for all of us, and Eleanor, who is currently being a dinosaur, could run around and roar to her heart’s content. It is on a quiet street, close to the beach and the shopping area. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. The family room was comfortable and had plenty of room to visit. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house was clean. The downstairs shower was a big hit and we had to all take turns using it. The back yard had a nice grill, that we used for the fresh fish we just caught. Plenty of area in the back to hang out. The outdoor lights were a nice touch. Home is well laid out for privacy with three bathrooms and basement (one with a tub for kiddos). Easy walk to smaller beaches and very short drive to North Beach - though you can walk it as it's 20 min or less. Loved being so close/walking distance to the Memories shop as it has lots of sundries (and ice cream by the scoop when it's crowded in town!). Donna's home is very comfortable with three different outdoor spaces we took advantage of. The large table indoors fit our group no problem. One of the most well-appointed rentals I've ever been to - everything from an abundant of silverware, plates, pots & pans to extras like salad spinner, plastic silverware, common spices, two coffee makers, blender & even an avocado saver! Nice grill, lots of books, games and the TV had plenty of channels and ways to access our streaming services. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again, one of our favorite stays. ##### Rosanne M. We were able to comfortably fit all of us. Great beds, lots of pillows. Could have used with a couple more bath towels, but it worked out. The kids loved it- they were able to scooter around the driveway without speeding cards going by. Nice quiet neighborhood. 3 great beaches within a walk or couple minute drive. We had my father who has mobility issues in the house with us- nice flat floors without extra ledges, open furniture plan and only a few steps in and out of the house. Could have used a griddle (pancakes), colander (spaghetti) and a larger cookie sheet for feeding our large crew, but there were enough other pans in the house to function.
