It is beautifully surrounded by a private beach, sand dunes, driftwood, beach stones, and the sound of waves. The light yet homey coastal theme is enjoyed throughout its 4 bedrooms and multiple spaces for gatherings. There is a bathroom on both the first and second floor of the home. Kiss the summer sun on the wrap around spacious deck, embrace the sunset on the sand steps away, or take in the moon and sea of stars at night by the fire-pit encased by trees. Any meal can be enjoyed inside or outside on the second screened-in, three season porch and entertainment during the winter remains warm with a hot tub beside the fluffy snow. Cook your meals with ease as all kitchenware is provided (pots, pans, bowls, utensils, glassware, dishes, silverware, linens, bath and hand towels, washcloths, and soap), as well as a coffee bar. Starter packs of shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, paper towels, and dish soap are also provided. Our vision is to create a clean, comfortable, and inviting getaway for every single one of our guests. A professional (Covid-compliant) cleaning is included in every rental package. Upon arrival, there is a brochure available of all the happenings as well as activity ideas for entertainment/relaxing. Very quiet and easy to access. The house was nice as well. It’s in a very wooded area, so there were lots of leaves on the outside deck and fire pit. Everyone loved the big screened in porch and most of the time was spent there. I can only vouch for the bed in the master bedroom but it was very comfortable. The TV room is great with a large screen TV for movie nights. The house could use a little routine maintenance and the internet router is located in a lower bedroom closet, which gives poor coverage to the entire house and the signal in the street is better than that on the porch. This sounds petty, but the cell phone signal is very low so we were dependent on Wi-Fi calling. It's something that could be easily fixed with a properly placed booster or whole house mesh. The neighborhood has a private access beach which is great. The road going down will give you a good workout coming back up but there is ample parking. For our beach days we drove a vehicle with the beach supplies. Overall the stay was great and a good time was had by all. ##### Gene K. Neighborhood is super scenic with large trees, quite, short walk to scenic sunset park and plenty of animal sightings. The house is super clean with great outdoor space. We grilled out in the evenings and walked down to the fire pit for s'mores and drinks at night. Spent a lot of time in the screened porch sipping coffee in the morning. Great water pressure and comforable beds are a big bonus as we have stayed at homes in Michigan that don't offer that. This was my first time staying in a VRBO property and I was pleasantly surprised. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. All dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans etc. fully stocked toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap, and even shampoo, conditioner, and soap in both showers! The property has plenty of space indoor & outdoor. The vegetation was a little overgrown for my liking, but I could definitely see the appeal from another perspective. I loved “Sunset Park” a few steps away. Perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunset!! The private secluded beach was amazing!!
