A Note from the Homeowners:  
Our children grew up on Lake Michigan during the summers at their grandparents' cottage. We have been looking for a vacation home on Lake Michigan for our family since we sold that cottage in 2015. We have a large family that loves spending time together. This home offered comfortable, open spaces with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, plus a fantastic view and location. We vacationed as a family in South haven in 2017. That was our first introduction to this quaint, cozy and not too busy lakeshore town. South haven has plenty of great restaurants and bars, wineries, golf, tennis and pickleball. Additionally, groceries and home improvement stores are very convenient. I believe what is unique about our home is the quiet, convenient location, close to the beach trams, along with the ability to enjoy the great views of the Big Lake, especially for the sunsets! from the privacy of our 2nd floor deck.  
  
Parking: Driveway parking space for up to 2 vehicles + 1 gravel parking space  
\*Street parking is never permitted in the Miami Park neighborhood  
Pets: Dogs are welcomed at this property  
\*Only one dog is permitted on this property at a time  
Beach Access: Neighborhood provides private tram-system to access private community beach  
\*Miami Park Shoreline: The shoreline at Miami Park can change from season to season. As of late August, the trams bring you down to an sandy area above the waterline, with stairs & steps into the lake at either end of the sandy area  
Tram Access: Electric trams are available along the bluff to traverse the 90 foot bluff. The trams are maintained by the neighborhood association, and Shores cannot guarantee that trams will be fully functional every day of your stay. The association may need to close the trams to address repairs, routine maintenance or recharging the batteries that provide the power to move the platforms. Guests are asked to follow the tram operating instructions so the trams stay operational for everyone in the neighborhood

We rented this house for my mother-in-law to spend time with her brother, sister and brother-in-law who came into town from across different states. Overall, they were very impressed with the house. Very clean, spacious, modern and a great location. They enjoyed the fireplace everyday and watching the sunset each night from the deck over the water. They enjoyed the downtown area by visiting several local restaurants and wineries. They were so pleased with the week they spent at Blueberry Bluff! Definitely will visit again!

#### Beautiful home on Lake Michigan

This was a beautiful home with plenty of space for the 12 of us! Right on Lake Michigan with a private beach. Two spacious balcony's to watch an unobstructed view of the sunset over Lake Michigan. Great spot for large groups!!

#### Perfect for all ages

The property has everything we could need for a fun vacation. Beach chairs, games, puzzles, and just about everything in the kitchen to make it easy to cook dinner. The upper decks provided amazing sunset views. We had 10 in our group ranging from age 7 to age 72 and there was more than enough space for all of us without feeling like we were in each other's space. The beach access was really easy with the use of the trolley. We would definitely stay here again.
