Very nice room. View- in the distance - of kingsbridge creek. Excellent breakfast included in the very reasonable price . Very helpful and Friendly staff. Good beer and ciders. Bed was ok , but we are used to memory foam mattress/ toppers now, so missed that. Dog friendly with no extra charge ! - very important for us!

The accommodation was good for my short stay and the service was friendly and efficient. Would stay there again for short visit, although access to the rooms was via outside star=irs which might be an issue in the wet.

Very pleased with accomodation. Hosts were very friendly and helped in anyway possible. Food was fantastic and room was very clean and tidy. Would recommend but be aware that if you have mobility issues then these rooms are accessed via a outside metal staircase which could might be tricky for some.

We booked here last minute on the way to holiday to Cornwall, with our two dogs, it was the lowest priced pub, so expectations were low, the room was as good as any pub we had stayed at, breakfast was included, the coffee was really good, the service was friendly…don’t be put off booking here because of the low price…
