Our home features two bedrooms and three full bathrooms, just minutes from the golf clubhouse and 20 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Our spacious townhome is perfect for a group of friends or a family. The spacious kitchen with a large kitchen island, which opens to the living room, provides ample space for entertaining. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom and TV (upper level) 2nd Bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom and TV (upper level) Our townhome's central location provides easy access to various outdoor activities. Whether it's golfing, skiing, mountain biking, fly-fishing the gold medal waters of the Rio Grande River, or even rafting, guests have an array of options, making our home the perfect base camp for adventure seekers. Located at the base of Wolf Creek Pass, this townhome provides ideal access to Wolf Creek Ski Area in the winter months. Please note that our home is not pet-friendly. Properties managed by Vacation Rental Collective located in this complex have exclusive access to discounted golf privileges at the Rio Grande Golf Club. VRC guests enjoy a 25% discount on green fees at the Rio Grande Club during their stay. Contact us with additional questions about golfing at the prestigious Rio Grande Golf Course. Additionally, for an optional $25/day resort fee, guests can access the Rio Grande Club's resort amenities, including an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day – Labor Day), a 12-person hot tub, a workout facility, and tennis and pickleball courts. The $25/day resort fee is required to use the above facilities and gold medal fly fishing waters. When booking, advise how many days you would like the $25/day resort fee added to your reservation. Guests also have the flexibility to add this access anytime during their stay. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and the 4th of July holidays). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Okay place. Told company about screen on slider off and laying beside unit next door as well as windows upstairs that don't close. After that discovered that slider door is warped and doesn't seal so bugs get in, dining room chairs need to be replaced or restuffed - we had to sit on multiple pillows to not feel like we were sitting on the floor. Outside grill is a wreak - not something you would consider even grilling on and needs replaced.
